Shipping Policy

Orders ship using USPS, either Priority Mail or First Class for smaller orders.

Spool offers free shipping within the United States for orders that total $100.00 or more, before tax. All other domestic orders will be charged a $5.00 flat shipping fee. We understand sometimes sewing projects are time sensitive! Expedited shipping is available for an additional fee. Email us at [email protected] to discuss your needs.

Oh, Canada! We’re going to keep things simple for you as well - $20 flat rate, any order.

International shipping overseas is also available and will be calculated based on destination and order size. If you are an international customer, please send us a shipping inquiry to [email protected] and we will be able to calculate your shipping fee. (You can expect to pay a minimum of $25.)

Loss and Damage

Spool does not assume responsibility for loss or damage to your package once it has shipped. We will, of course, do our best to ensure that your fabric arrives safely and will assist in efforts to locate a lost package!

Order Processing

We estimate that your order will be processed within 24 hours. You will receive an email with notification of shipment. Order cancellations and refunds will be honored only if your fabric order has not been cut at the time Spool receives your request for cancellation.

Returns

Spool will accept returns of uncut fabric measuring 1 yard or more at the buyer’s expense for shipping. Returns must be made within two weeks of purchase. Any fabric that has been cut, washed, or processed in any way will not be accepted. Spool cannot offer refunds for shipping. A restocking fee of 20% of the purchase price will be deducted from the refund.
